FCA is sponsoring a canned/boxed food drive for the Help Center.  Any donations can be dropped off at Mrs. Littleton’s or Mr. Breese’s rooms and Mrs. Adcock’s room at the 6th grade campus.  The drive will end Friday, November 21st

Yearbooks can be purchased by going to the Jostens website (jostens.com). Students, you must pre-purchase a yearbook this year. I will not have extra yearbooks to sell in May.

Picture make-up and retake day is next Tuesday.  On that day we will also have team pictures made.  Students, if you would like to purchase a team picture, you need to come by the office and pick-up a form.  An 8x24 picture is $16; a 10x30 is $20.

Fall Festival:  5-9.  Haunted House until 10.  Tickets are .50 cents each.  We will be selling them in bundles:  10 for $5; 20 for $10; and 50 for $20. That is the deal! Most games are between two and four tickets, hot dogs are three tickets.  The haunted house is ten tickets.  Because the haunted house will be open an hour longer than the rest of the Fall Festival, from 9 to 10 you may pay with ten tickets or $5.

During the Fall Festival we will have a costume contest.  Those taking part have already been selected.  Do not wear a costume to the Fall Festival.  It’s simply a safety matter. Disney World wouldn’t let you in if you were wearing a Goofy costume.

Fall Festival t-shirts are still on sale for $10 for both students and staff.  Friday will be a blue jean day for staff wearing our Fall Festival shirts.

Teachers, everyone should have their grades entered. We are printing report cards this morning. Call the office at this time if you don’t have grades entered.

After-school tutoring is now available students. We will begin next week. At the 6th grade campus, tutoring will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays. At the 7th & 8th grade campus we will have tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The time at both campuses will be from 3:10-4:10. Morning tutoring is also available every morning beginning at 7:10 and ending at 7:40. We will announce on Monday which rooms tutoring will be held in at each campus. Teachers, we will have tutoring permission forms available for you at the parent/teacher conferences on Monday.

Teachers at the 7th & 8th grade campus, Ms. Kim has entered your codes in the new copier in room 106. So it is ready for you to use.

8th grade teachers, we will be giving the Explore test next week on Wed. I will be emailing you our schedule today. I will need to meet with you during your planning on Tuesday to give you your materials.
